We are pleased to inform you that the sub committee for health of the parliament headed by Mrs. Yasmeen Rehman has approved Homeopathic and Herbal Drug Act 2008 and forwarded to STANDING COMMITTEE FOR HEALTH for scrutiny. The SC will present the act in the parliament for discussion and final approval.

Please read and forward your comments. Supreme Court of Pakistan took suo moto notice / action on homeo drug act. We have already printed 5000 copies of the drug act and content of sou moto notice. It has already been dispatched through postal service to all country prominent homeopaths and hakeems for analysis and keen study. Remember the act will be enforced immediately after its final approval so you must study the act with all possible angles so that it may not contain any irregularity. Point out the difference if you found and forward us. 

We have written a letter with all supportive documents to Standing Committee Chairman Dr. Nadeem Ehsan and 17 other members through TCS. A letter is also written to Standing Committee for Livestock (18 members).
